An incident of firing has come to light at Maharishi Dayanand University (MDU) in Rohtak, Haryana on Saturday night. In this firing, 4 people injured , who admitted to PGIMS Rohtak in a critical condition.
Four people, including two students, were injured in the alleged firing that took place at Maharishi Dayanand University on Saturday. The incident reportedly took place shortly after Governor and University Chancellor Bandaru Dattatreya left the university after attending a function here.
Three persons are said to be involved in this shooting incident. The police said that the attackers managed to escape after the incident.
PGIMS police station SHO Pramod Gautam said that four people were injured in the firing incident. We are investigating who fired the shot. Preliminary investigation revealed that there was a money dispute behind the incident.
The injured have been admitted to PGIMS Rohtak. The SHO said that the condition of the injured youth is critical. The exact cause of the incident is yet to be known. Police are investigating.
