School principals and teachers  have to make a recovery of  money under Pre-matric Scholorships for S.C and others  from students . An amount of Rs.1400/ per student was to be deposited in the account of eligible beneficiary students (Poor Students) through the Punjab Finance System portal.

Double amount of money was deposited in the account of 23001 students and triple amount in the account of 694 students. School  Heads of the education department have been  issued an order to the  through the district education officials to recover this amount from the students and deposit it by October 20.
