Big news: FIR filed against 11 students including the head in the case of thrashing the teacher tied to Mango tree
An FIR has been registered in the Gopikander police station based on the written application of Assistant Teacher Kumar Suman and Clerk Soneram Chaudhary in the case of students tying a teacher and clerk to a tree in Gopikander, a Scheduled Tribe residential school in Dumka, Jharkhand. In this case, 11 students of school , including the then head of the school, Ramdev Kesari, have been made accused.
It has been stated in the petition that at the instigation of the head teacher of the school, Ramdev Kesari, the students beat up Kumar Suman and Soneram Chaidre and assistant teacher Kumar Suman, clerk Soneram Chaidre and Anchito Kumar Malik set the mango tree on fire. The police have registered an FIR of beating in Sadar police station and are investigating the matter.
In the case, police station in-charge Nityanand Bhokata said that on the night of August 30, an FIR was filed. An FIR has been registered against 11 nominated students including the then Headmaster Ramdev Kesari. Ramdev Kesari is accused of inciting students to beat them. In this regard, a case number 23/22 has been registered in Sadar police station.
