Raipur. Ritesh Aggarwal, MD, Textbooks Corporation, has been given the additional charge of Chips CEO, replacing IAS Sameer Vishnoi. Vishnoi is in ED custody since 13th. The ED had said that under the investigation, illegal recovery of Rs 25 per tonne is being done from every tonne of coal transported in the state. The main ringleader in this scam was said to be Suryakant Tiwari. Since then businessman Suryakant Tiwari is absconding. At the same time, ED had recovered four kilos of gold, diamonds and cash from the house of IAS Sameer Vishnoi. The team has so far seized Rs 4.5 crore, gold jewelery and other items worth around Rs two crore.
