Firecrackers worth crores were built in a warehouse in an island-like place in the middle of the water spread far in the forest near Baghola village of Palwal near Faridabad.
The CGST team had to go through the water by tractor to carry out the raid. Apart from cash worth Rs 50.88 lakh, crackers worth Rs 10 crore have been recovered from 21 warehouses.

The raid was conducted by forming 4 teams under the leadership of Additional Commissioner Evgan Rajesh Kumar. The team had a lot of difficulty in reaching the godown, because the road was flooded at many places .Due to the bad road, the team reached the godown on tractors at an island-like place in the forest.
On seeing the CGST team, the workers inside the warehouses ran away, the entire warehouse was filled with crackers. The team seized all the crackers and 21 godowns were sealed.
Cash worth Rs 50.88 lakh has also been recovered from the spot along with fake slips related to GST evasion.
According to CGST officials, RP Enterprises, a firecracker manufacturing company, has built 21 warehouses in Baghola village itself. These warehouses are built in a secluded area amidst forests and bushes.
