Additional Deputy Commissioner (Rural Development) will recruit 22 staff members for various posts under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act.
Giving this information, Deputy Commissioner Rupnagar Dr. Priti Yadav said that 1 post of Additional Program Officer (APO), 3 posts of Computer Assistant, 3 posts of Technical Assistant and 15 posts of Village Employment Assistant are to be filled.
Giving information in this regard, District Employment Officer Arun Kumar said that for these posts, the candidates must have passed Punjabi at the tenth level and the age of the candidate should not be more than 18-37 years as on 01-01-2022.
Age relaxation will be given to reserved category candidates as per government rules. Eligible candidates may submit their respective applications at District Employment and Business Bureau, Rupnagar by 05:00 PM on 19-09-2022. Applications received by post will not be accepted or considered.
He said that for the posts of Additional Program Officer (APO), the educational qualification of the candidates should be graduation/post graduation, computer and accounting knowledge. Retired DDPO/BDPO for this post. and ADO Those who have computer knowledge can also apply.
Also for Computer Assistant posts candidate qualification is B.Sc (Computer Science or IT)/BCA, minimum one year experience in relevant post and typing in Punjabi and English is mandatory. is
Similarly for the posts of Technical Assistant the candidate’s qualification is to have Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized Govt Institute and computer knowledge. Retired JE/SDO from any Govt or Semi Govt Department for this post. can also apply.
For Gram Rozgar Assistant posts candidate should be 10+2 pass, additional qualification, experienced and computer literate. Candidates with experience and computer knowledge will be preferred.
