this blast took place in the Kutnard Behak area of Tangdhar during the explosion two civilians were injured . The injured have been identified as 60-year-old Yakia Awan with her wife 55-year-old Zulekha Begum, Both Husband and wife . The injured were taken to Srinagar for treatment.

DGP Dilbagh Singh said that” there is zero militancy in Kupwara. He claimed that with the support of the people of Kupwara, the number of terrorists has come down to one-third in three years”.

The DGP said that” The anti-infiltration grid on the Line of Control is already very strong. Discussions are going on to make it more powerful”.
