Looking forward response in a week on anti-party rhetoric

The Shiromani Akali Dal today issued a show-cause notice to former MP Jagmeet Singh Brar and asked him to respond within a week for making anti-party statements and said that if he does not respond, disciplinary action will be taken against him.
This show cause notice has been issued by Sikander Singh Maluka, Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee of Akali Dal. In this notice, it was said that there have been three specific complaints against the former MP.

It said that the party workers of Maur constituency have complained against him that the image of the party in the constituency has been damaged by his unnecessary statements.

The disciplinary committee has also taken cognizance of the video statements that Brar has posted on social media to promote factionalism and create divisions in the party.

Apart from this, the party has also taken notice of the press conference called by Jagmeet Singh Brar in Chandigarh on October 10, in which he has appointed himself as the convener of the 21-member coordination committee, although the party has not authorized him for this.
The disciplinary committee has issued a show-cause notice to Brar saying that he is a senior leader, on which he should have exercised restraint and expressed his views only on the official platform of the party, and should not have made them public.
